It is absolutely okay to feel down or sad when you lose someone important

It is just as okay to feel down or sad when you lose┬áSOMETHING important too, such as your job or your position, your financial security or the place where you live. Sometimes things get so bad that you feel completely and utterly worthless.┬áSo rather than beating ourselves up about the way we feel, how about we explore some of the things which demonstrate that we are not actually worthless…in fact…WE ARE WORTHWHILE!
